Tim Sture - Senior Manager

Tim has specialised in forensic-related work since 1991, and has produced independent expert reports in over 1,000 cases. His instructions are more or less equally split between claimants and defendants but he is also regularly instructed as single joint expert, and as a shadow expert. Tim has particular expertise and experience in commercial claims, fatal accident claims and quantifying losses of earnings. He is also highly knowledgeable about benefits in kind and pension  losses suffered by the self-employed and employed, following accident and clinical negligence.
